Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A minimum booking of 2 hours ($150) is required. Additional hours are $75 per hour. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted one time without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Studio Access & Use Rental includes access to backdrops, stands, and available photo installations. Additional access to the piano, chandelier area, rooftop, and kitchen must be pre-selected at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for setting up and breaking down any equipment or furniture used. 4. Time Management Your rental period begins and ends at the agreed-upon times, including setup and breakdown. Overtime is charged at $75 per hour and will be billed in 30-minute increments. 5. Cleanliness & Damage The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. All trash must be disposed of in designated bins. Any damages to the studio, equipment, or property during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly. 6. Restrictions Smoking, vaping, and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside the space. Alcohol is not permitted unless pre-approved by House 1801 management. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. 7. Liability House 1801 is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period. Renters assume full responsibility for their guests and equipment while on the premises. 8. Conduct House 1801 reserves the right to terminate the rental without a refund if renters or their guests engage in inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior. 9. Photo/Video Installations Installations are updated regularly and are subject to availability. Specific themes or setups may be requested in advance but are not guaranteed. 10. Parking & Entry Parking instructions will be provided upon confirmation of booking. All guests must use the designated entry point and adhere to House 1801’s guidelines. By booking with House 1801, you agree to comply with all policies outlined above.
